Bryn Wesch, Owner

Bryn is a dynamic, result oriented executive with over twenty years of experience managing HR, Accounting and Corporate Legal. 

For eight years Bryn was first CFO and then CEO of the Novus residential medical detox center in Florida for substance abuse treatment in an in-patient setting. Under her management the center made the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for four years in a row (2013-2016). She also supervised the company’s physical expansion in two locations, obtaining financing and overseeing construction to triple its capacity, including adding a 40-bed facility built from the ground up. 

Prior to working in the healthcare sector Bryn was CFO of The Software Works! in Southern California. This software company was a leader in back office/headquarters software for the C-Store/Petroleum Industry.  In the 5 years she held this position she was able to turn around the revenues and profitability, streamline operations and oversee the updating of the branding and marketing so the company could launch its new Windows version of the system. After the successful launch the company was acquired by Marconi Commerce Systems/Gilbarco of Greensboro, NC.
